For patient data, your dental clinic is the Data Fiduciary (it decides why and how your data is used). MedSynq is the Data Processor, acting on the clinic's behalf.
For clinic staff and lead data, MedSynq is the Data Fiduciary.

We collect identity and contact details, professional details, patient health data (for clinics), financial data for billing, technical data for security, and communication data. We use it only to run the clinic platform, deliver the service, communicate with consent, and meet legal obligations.
3. Where your data is stored
All primary data, including patient health data, is stored in India, on Supabase's Mumbai region. Only non-sensitive technical data (such as content delivery and fonts) may pass through global infrastructure, which we disclose in our Privacy Policy.
